6-Week Postnatal Fitness Program

Diapers & Dumbbells is a 6-week program beginning Wednesday, January 7th, designed specifically for new mothers and led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in postnatal and pelvic floor health.


Sessions are held in-person on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m., providing small group training twice per week. To ensure personalized attention and a supportive environment, the group is limited to just 8 participants.

Moms who are looking to safely rebuild strength, restore energy, and reconnect with their bodies. Ideal for those returning to fitness or starting a structured strength program after having a baby.

  • When is it safe to return to working out?

    Simple, when you feel ready. Moving your body in the early months of postpartum is great for mental health. 

  • I never worked out before/during pregnancy, is this still for me?

    Even more of a reason to start now. Our workouts are tailored to each mom. We can make them easier or harder depending on your fitness level and where you’re in your postpartum journey. 

  • Can my child come to class?

    YES! This is designed as a “Mommy and Me” class where your little one can hang out with you while you workout. 

  • What if my child is upset during class?

    That’s the beauty of this class; we understand blowouts, tantrums, babies being hungry, or babies needing to be held. Tend to your little ones and hop right back in the workout!

  • Do I have to bring my child?

    Craving a little Mom time? You can absolutely come solo.
